‘RHOA’ Star Cynthia Bailey’s Ex Peter Thomas’ Miami Restaurant Lost Eviction Lawsuit Days Before DUI Arrest

According to jail records viewed by RadarOnline.com, Thomas’ misdemeanors charges include driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with expired tags, driving without a license, no proof of insurance, failure to maintain lane, and violation of a traffic control device.
