UK strikes on Houthis send ‘clearest message’ on Red Sea attacks, Cameron says

Air strikes by the UK on the Houthis have sent the “clearest message” on the Red Sea attacks on commercial shipping, the Foreign Secretary has said.

The US and the UK have carried out a second round of strikes against the Houthis in Yemen in response to their attacks on ships they say are linked to Israel and the West.

Foreign Secretary David Cameron has said the operation sends the “clearest possible message” to the Iran-backed group after hitting eight targets.
